The 16 GB is not available in India. Only 64 GB has been made available by OPO

My absolutely personal view on this is that buying the 16gb may not be a very smart idea in the long run. The difference in prices are ridiculously miniscule; barely 2k or so I think, unlike the iPhones and other devices where the differences are 15k or more. A 16gb phone leaves you with around 10gb of usable memory. And in today's connected world it starts filling up very quickly. When you have a device that does not allow extension of storage space it is better to take the biggest available one by default.

I fully agree with you bro but I need the device for my Dad. His Galaxy Nexus has started acting up and he doesn't need 64GB of space. So I want to get him the 16GB and use the left over 2-3k to get him something else which would be useful for him.
