Mac vs PC : Which do you prefer and why?

I think additional software to work on Word/Excel files will be needed. And a dongle for data transfer.

For your specific use case I see no disadvantages at all, other than having to shell out for Microsoft Office and needing a dongle for data transfer.

Thank you. I am thinking of one piece with a known person, and this one has a dongle too. Extra for MS Office, I can understand.

I dont do too much additional stuff on computers since my other major interest is completely non-virtual: ie., away from computers.
