Stolen mobile for sale?

Just came across this ad and hence this post...how can people sell such things in public!

and btw, which "Sam" is it

Maybe thats our sam making believe that he is a fence to try & get back his stolen berry.

The chap must have a stolen sim card also. The first number is 11 digits.
