Need Help in Picking Centre Channel and Sub

Hi Sam et all ,

Seek your help in setting up HT in 19X 10 room.

I have picked up a Onkyo SR TX 505 Amp + Pair of JBL Control One Extreme speakers.

I notice a time lag, when i tested a movie running on my laptop and Audio connected via Monster Y Cable (Mini to Stereo). I seek ur help to reduce the time lag, wd this be noticeable if video is from DVD as well??

Also i need your help in choosing Centre Channel, Fronts and Sub, which would maintain the same tonal balance as control 1 extreme. I prefer to go along with JBL.

I intend to move these Control 1 speakers as surround.

Your views would be helpful in making a decision.
