Help with Windows XP x64

I just got a new laptop, With this 64 bit OS. Windows XP Pro x64.
There was an admin (a) account and another limited account(b).
I changed the limited account(b),gave it admi privileges, but after i re booted the admin (a) account went amiss, on the logon screen.

My problem is that i need to delete the (b) account.
Any ways of logging into the admin(a) account after booting or through the dos shell?
The Admin account was the only account created when windows was loaded.
Searched a lot for it online but couldn't come up with something substantial.

Could anyone help?

Update: I was able to login through the admin account after disabling use welcome screen option in the user accounts menu, and was able to delete the (b) account after creating another admin account.

For people who want to install Itunes on XP x64 OS, please check out this thread.

This is not exclusive to X64. Booting in safe mode will show you the original admin account again.

In the welcome screen, press CTRL-ATL-DEL-DEL. You will get the login screen.
