Need contact of a good Computer engineer

Hi Guys,

In continuation to my earlier problem mentioned in posts 13 & 18 of below thread it has just gotten worse. "C" drive is still full & "E" drive is now missing not getting detected. I had luckily backed up my "E" drive data.

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/gadget...nt-itunes.html

I now need someone who can do the following for me at my place only

Option I - Solve existing problem and expand "c" drive space
Option II - format disk if required and re organise partition

Help me with Itunes management as currently Itunes cannot find most files saying the directory has changed.

Would appreciate it if someone could provide me with references or contact nos of someone who is good at his job and can attend to the issue on priority.

Hi

Call Suresh - 9821308851. I go to him with all my computer problems. He works for a Compaq a.s.s. centre and also works privately. Very good at his job and can be trusted. Incase you decide to give him a call tell him Adhish from Hiranandani Powai gave you his number.

Hope this helps

You are using Windows Vista. Try this to increase capacity of Drive C:
To do this you will have to first create some free space from other drive.
Do this:
Right Click on Computer and click on Manage
On the left pane, go to Storage and click on Disk management.
Right click on the partition you want to modify and then select shrink volume.

This has worked on Vista. I have personally done this.

If Ipod is not detected then it can be some virus also. Check out for that.

Partition de-fragmenting is highly recommended before shrinking or expanding your partition, so as to minimize the chances of data loss.

Hi,

Tried this myself and a comp engineer also tried it did not work. The other partition has 80gb free. That gets shrunk but "c" does not expand.

I would prefer letting a professional solve this problem. If someone can help on that front will appreciate it.

you can have a try on acronis disk director.I am using it very often to change partition size.i can give some more detail once i reach office tomorrow. And if you suspect any virus attack you can download sdat from mcafee and clean.Always that is my last weapon against virus and quite good.Let me know any further help needed.

New version of PM (9.0) finally supports Vista. It can shrink/expand partitions that Windows can't. But its not free (costs $50 ish)

PMed you my number, can discuss it later today (after 7:30)
