HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected.

Badly configured firewall and security policies. Maybe they need help of some professional web sys admins. They must not be realizing that their tracking website is unapproachable, and must be assuming that everything is fine since no one is complaining. Funny, no access - no complaints!

Try experimenting with the reference number, sometimes their entry validation is comical! Like in India, an E is printed at the start of the number, but it confuses the system when you enter it on the website .

You should check with the local GPO if HK has an online link to India Post for package tracking.
