XBOX360 optical output 5.1 decoding

HI all,
Does anyone know what decoder can be used with XBOX360 toslink cable?. Is there any decoder available in india so that i can get decoder and speakers separately?. The only solution so far i have found is to use the logitech Z5500 speaker which is about 21K. Is there any other viable option to get a decoder only since i already have the speakers with me!!

11k. at that price, i think a receiver makes more sense... alternately, a soundcard with digital input , or maybe this Sound Blaster Digital I/O Module - Add optical and coaxial digital I/O to your Sound Blaster equipped PC.
the Z 5500 goes for 19, probably less if you can find a deal. there was a sale recently for them, and some folks bought it for as little as 15k

PS: I saw a second hand one for sale in the sulekha classifieds in chennai
