Service Centre for PCCHIPS motherboards

Hey all!
Bought a PCCHIPS motherboard for a S939 AMD processor. At that time, most of the AGP boards had been phased out or were only available for S754, so had to go with an unknown/small-time manufacturer.

Unfortunately, the board has developed some sort of hardware problem and I want to get it running since I'm using it as a cheap 1tb file server housed in a micro-atx cabinet. All the troubleshooting has been done and I've ruled out all the small stuff. Does anyone have any info about a service center for this motherboard in Mumbai. Alternatively, can anyone recommend any "engineer" who can fix this in Mumbai? Thanks!
