For which monitor do you require this? If you have a good LCD, they generally come with stands which are quite flexible e.g. my Dell 2209WA comes with an extremely flexible stand which has most of the features that this has and it definitely does not feel flimsy despite the fact that i can move the LCD with a single finger.

I am searching for dell 2209wa for some time but could not find it in dell india and in any shop in bangalore. From where did you get it?
