Help me configure a desktop

I have a budget of 30-40k (max 50 not more)
I Already have a case, dvd writer, linksys pci wireless card and cabinet from my old p4 rig. (cabinet is a branded hp one, I am hoping i can still use it)

I will be needing the following :
1. Processor (Would prefer intel, I had an amd laptop before and it would always overheat)
2. Mobo (Asus etc.)
3. PSU (crossair)
4. Ram (3-4gb crossair)
5. GPU (atleast 512 mb with hdmi output) (also should support resolution of 1080p on an lcd tv)(I heard dx 11 cards are being launched soon)
6 Proper sound card not the stock mobo one.
7. Blu ray reader (if i have money left over wouldnt mind a blu ray writer)
8. HDD (1-2tb seagate or WD only)
9. Proper UPS (APC preferably)
10. Wireless KB and mouse (should have good range atleast 10-12 feet)
11. Wired xbox 360 controller.
12. Monitor 22-24 inch

If I buy a new case i would want something like this.
Would i get everything in the above budget ?

Here is my new PC assembled at home. total came to about 40k.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940
Mobo: ASUS M4N78PRO comes with Nvidia 8300 chipset, HDMI, Realtek HD Audio etc
RAM: Transcend 4 GB DDR2
Samsung 2033SW monitor
Seagate 7200 SATA HDD 500GB
LG SATA DVD Writer
iBall cabinet (forgot the model name)
APC 650 KVA UPS
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and Win XP Professional 64bit in two partitions.

I did not buy speakers as I already had some decent ones. No separate graphics and audio cards as of now as the stock ones are very good. Bluray drives are still expensive at about 8-9k. You can wait for some more time before it becomes standard and affordable.
