1. you can try to send it via bluetooth or via IR
OR
2. copy all contacts on SIM card & then again copy on phone (but you will face the characters limit)
OR
3. if your mobile phone allows Address Book sync then you can do it also

best way to do it safely is to use outlook. use windows manager for p910 first. save all contacts on microsoft outlook . then install nokia and copy all contacts into the nokia phone throught nokia manager. as easy as 1-2-3

Do a backup of your P910 data onto an SD card (other flash medium) and save it on to your pc/laptop before you start off any such exercise. You can always start all over again without losing data in case there is a screwup.

syncing the mobile with the computer will not create a problem as your contacts will be saved in the microsoft outlook. This way you can use them anytime you want.

Dude I sync my outlook with an imate JAM, a 9300 and a Siemens SX65. I've lost my contacts on two occassions at least and if it werent for the backups I had I would've been lost. Be safe and backup when trying tricks like transferring contacts. Always.

I have synced Nokia N-gage, P910,motorola e365,siemens s65,siemens sx1 ,nokia 7610, sonyericsson s700 and never ever had I had a problem with the syncing.

A note : Usb speeds for older USb's are very slow giving problems. Increase the speed of the usb to full and everything will be normal.

though saving contacts on MMC is not a bad idea at all.
