Two Line (Landline) phones are fairly common you can easily source them from local key phone supplier.
Better part is you can have your own intercom system at house/office.

Is there a way to use mobile bluetooth head set with landline phone ?

Dear fellow Bhpians please help

hi,
The phones are having hands free facility. You can just switch on the speaker mode and talk and go on with your work. One condition is that the phone should be near you.I use a Panasonic TS600 model. It is wonderful and it is always on the left of my work place in such a height where the mic can catch up my speech.

Keep the mobile near an open area/ window to get a decent reception and use a regular bluetooth for voice communication.
