Dear Androidians :) I am a Symbionian right now, and planning to switch to Android. One query I have is regarding the push mail mechanism on Android. I need to have push mail facility to my corporate exchange server. Is the push mail mechanism a "real push" like BB or is it like Nokia messaging service? Nokia service polls the mail box at intervals to see whether there are new mails. But BB will use data only when a new mail is there in the mail box. The latter kills battery life if the interval is anywhere lower than 30 mins :Frustrati But BB works just fine. |

Hypothetically, it may be faster, but in the real world, the BB is way faster than the Android. I use a BB9700 and a GalaxyS, both on airtel. I get the mails atleast a minute(or more) before on the BB, than the droid. |

Hey Guys, I have tried breaking my head with Airtel for days trying to understand if there is anyway to monitor my GPRS (non-3G) usage. But they says there is nothing that I can do to track. The CC says their "Back-End" team tracks this and No-One has visibility to it. So I wanted to check with you guys if there is any App to do this accurately for a SGS2 running 2.3.4 ? P.S: I have Googled and tried *123*10# and several other codes, but they are useless. |

Q 2. Since the last week or so, I'm seeing a major battery drain. More specifically, after I did a "Battery Ca liberation". It has become so pathetic that if I charge my phone to 100% at 11 pm, by the time I get ready to leave next morning at 8 am, it's down to 5%. Obviously there have been no calls, SMS, emails, wifi, BT etc during my sleep. So what's causing this drain? Q 3. Which is the option to be used in Titanium? Should I 'Back up all user apps' or 'Back up user apps + System data'? |

Well my experience with Letsbuy has been good. Just use the icicilb coupon code and you will get this price. No the model is the same no difference its just additional discount. The piece which I got was a March'2011 import so the stuff is fresh also. Do order accessories also at the same time from: AMZER® - Google Nexus S Accessories So you will get all things at the same time. |
