How to be safe & be in one piece (both man and machine)

Here is something for a thought.

What do you think
makes somebody safe on roads ?

Here is my 2c
After 12 yrs (Allover NorthAmerica)
7 yrs - Hyderabad (Deccan)
Not a single dent or collision.

** Allways be 100% ALERT. Non-Negotiable.
(When you drive - You ONLY DRIVE nothing else in mind)
** Allways continuousely scan what is around you.
(Front+Back+Left+Right)
** Understand the machine and its limitations.
** Constantly expect the unexpected.
(Anything can come from any direction any time)
What I realise is -->
To do above, One must have the passion to drive ;-)

So long guys - Have a happy and safe ride.
