Yes. You are right.

I made a mistake in correctly estimating the leg-room.

I tried sitting behind the driver's seat when I had adjusted the seat according to my driving comfort, and I must say, it was pretty cramped.

As one of the first to have suggested the GT TDi in this thread, let me be one of the first to congratulate as well. Thats the best choice out there for your requirements. By the way - is it the 1.6 or the new 1.5 GT?

However, initially you were suggesting its way out of your budget?

Thanks CrAzY dRiVeR . Completely giddy with anticipation.
This is the new 1.5 gt. The old 1.6's had been out of stock for some time by the time I booked mine.

I had initially been keen on buying the car from my finances alone, but the heart wants what it wants and parents's man, they pick up on the tiniest of hints (well actually a bit more than tiny, more like me gushing on and on about the polo )

Boosted my loan amount by 50k and they helped out with another 50k on the down payment. Put in a little extra from my pocket and the gt is almost mine!

Hey kpamit first off congrats on your pick and quite simply, there is no competition here anymore !!

As an owner of the GT TDI, rest assured you will never be left wanting for more often.

Any update on the delivery yet ? Hope you have got your GT and are enjoying your drives.
