Amit,
On the palio turning radius, AFAIK - the stile 1.1 and 1.6 has a turning radius of 5.1 but i was told by the dealer that the old 1.6 (which is referred to in the link you posted) has a slightly bigger turning radius. (some palio retro owners can hopefully confirm on this here)

Also, FYI: the u-va which is a spacious car has a turning radius of 4.95m
