Really absurd , and the manner in which they dealt with it is even worse and i have to agree as well that the inside job theory sounds very plausible. Never again will i crib about time being taken to take out a car basis the gate pass.

Hope this ordeal for Mr. Jayaram gets over soon.

Apart from the vehicle, even our service booklets are not safe with them. The last time, I gave my car for servicing, they for some reason either kept the service booklet with them or lost it.

I called them asking for it and they promised to courier it to me, but I am yet to receive it.

I have never seen such a thing in Delhi, Chandigarh, Bathinda in VW and Hyundai.
