Choosing the right dealership

I reside in Mumbai and have decided to purchase the XETA.
I am in a total dilemma between choosing the right dealership.
For those of you that are from Mumbai, I reside in the Andheri area and hence, opting for Han Motors might seem the most convenient of them all. However, I very recently read a bad review about Han Motors (the article never specified what area, since they have about 3 in Mumbai) stating that their "sell and forget" attitude was the most horrifying experience. It even went on to say, that folks are advised to stay away from them, even if their offer seemed enticing.
I would simply like to make clear, that I have no problems, if the dealership, where I purchase the car, is a little distance away from me, as long as they are professional and treat their customers with respect. Would appreciate if any of you could share your experiences and thus, suggest what TATA dealership I ought to look at.

this is typical of most tata dealers. of course i am not in a position to direct you to a better dealer in mumbai. but what i can say is that you go out to this fella near where you stay & bargain & get the best you can from him. these days it has become imperative that the customer needs to be forearmed when entering a showroom.

Han Motors sucks big time dude!! i buyed Indica from them(andheri) and just after taking delivery within 5 mins they refused to talk more about the car,,, and asked me to go home!!!! they sucks big time ,, wanna say your money and time ?? they please dont go to HAN motors!!!!

I am glad that I am taking my time and doing my research. I don't want to rush into anything.
Where then, would you recommend that I purchase the vehicle from?

As I've stated earlier, I have no problems with the commute to a dealership that's quite a distance away from where I reside.

I stay at Jogeshwari and purchased my indica in 2004 from Fortune Nerul as i work at turbhe. These people are good and give you good service also. If u are buying a new car, please take extended warranty on ur vehicle. Extended warranty is valid only at the dealer and not all authorised showrooms honour the extended warranty.
Ask them if ext warr taken from fortune will be valid at any fortune showroom in India??

What about Fortune Cars at Powai?
Also, what is your opinion about Wasan Motors?
I guess I'm gonna have to choose between Wasan Motors and Fortune Cars, but one thing I know well is to steer clear of Han Motors, albeit there is one, not too far off from where I reside.

Bought my Indica V2 Turbo DLS just last month from Han Motors - Khar. Have had no serious problems dealing with them. The sales guys were very helpful. Maybe because it has opened this branch recently.

Buy the car from a dealer who offers the cheapest price. For servicing you need to choose the best ones.
