Re: Have you ever been a victim of Parts-Swapping ?

My swift went in for service and the service advisor informed me there is oil leakage from OCV valve and he said that the part needs to be replaced and I told him to go ahead and put the old part in the boot of the car but now my car has come back from service and there is no old ocv valve in the boot. What can I do in this case? Shall I deny paying for the part? He has billed me Rs 4000 for it.
