I'm quite surprised at a few of these, in particular Honda's significant rise and Kia's fall. Clearly the Honda dealers are quite happy with the Elevate and roadmap the company has shared with them. However, despite the new Seltos, Kia has slumped in the rankings. Suprisingly, OEMs like Nissan/Jeep/Skoda/VW are not even mentioned in the rankings.

Re: FADA Dealer Satisfaction Survey 2023

Hyundai and Kia basically with a common genetic thread are far apart at #1 and #5.

Maruti customers are 'very happy' with most their ASC's other than a very few notorious ones. So its good to see both dealers and customers as happy entities. The dealer satisfaction is being indexed and discussed and hence "happy" and "satisfaction" do not need to be mixed up.
TKML, Tata and Renault for cars, are at the base.

But going by the numerous old Skoda dealer threads on our forum where customers were a harried lot till about a decade earlier, those dealers then could have topped the charts in both, dealer satisfaction and happiness but solely for the dealer.

Eicher is at #1 for CV's and at #2 for two wheelers which deserves kudos. Bharat Benz and Bajaj at the base for CV's and two wheelers respectively, need to do better.

FADA has never been customer centric. They should conduct customer satisfaction surveys too for all makes under their umbrella for a more holistic picture of the automobile market scenario to emerge.
