Ford has given reward points for Rs.2459. What next?

Companies are moving from customer satisfaction to customer delight. dont know why ford has withdrown such a scheme..

may be they are forgeting the best way of advertisment .. word of mouth..

I am not aware if this reward points scheme so far.Should we enroll for it?
Their roadside assistance service is very good.
