Castrol Car Service at Cosmos mall, Bangalore

I saw a Castrol Car service station in the Cosmos Mall, Brookefields, Bangalore. I am apprehensive to give my car to them because I don't know whether they are reliable. Anyone have an experience with them ?

Would they stock of common spares or would they make us wait till they procure the spares (may be take a day or two extra compared to the Authorized centre) ?

My car is out of warranty period, so no warranty issues. It's an Indica.
