| Dobro toyota: Do not go to these people even for a testdrive.
We were looking to buy an innova. One fine day we reach dobro toyota with a D.D. of the whole amount and tell the sales guy we want to buy an innova; this was on the day before Diwali and the showroom was deserted not a single customer. We had to wait for 20 minutes before a sales guy turns up. We ask him if he is giving any discounts. He says he can provide 25k of accessories.
I said ok give me your accessories brochure. He said he will do that but before that he wanted to give us a ist of accessories that they usually provide for the said 25k.
1) Floor mats
2)mud flaps
3) Muffler cutter
4) rear crashgaurd
5)teflon coating
6) spoiler
7) Sun film
We didn't want 4, 5 and 6 which was about 15k so we said we would take some other accessories. We wanted fabric seat covers and scuff plates which was about 16k and we said we would pay the difference. Then the manager turns up and the sales guy and the manager go inside and discuss about our offer. They come out after about 20 minutes and say that it is not possible and we should take the accessories that they are offering. We said OK we are leaving. They said please wait we will go speak to the M.D. They turn up after half an hour and say the same thing that what we are asking for is not possible and they would not be able t give the rear crashgaurd also that they initially offered.
We reached the showroom at 2:30 in the afternoon and were there till about 5:00 and we were not even offered a glass of water. We had to repeatedly ask for water and we finally got it after about 20 minutes.
The worst part is that we are repeat customers we already bought a qualis and a couple of innovas from them and our cars always used to go to their service centre only which is in uppal even though harsha toyota and radha krishna toyota are a lot closer. |
