Need contacts to escalate a Mahindra after sales service complaint

Hello, Presently Iam the custodian of two company owned Boleros and experiencing horrible service from Mahindra authorized service station at TVS, Kannur. One of my vehicle is in workshop for more than two months and still they are working on it. I have already escalated to mahindra customer care email, but I just get a reply that "they regret for the delay and inconvenience caused" and vehicle is still remaining in workshop. I will be very grateful if someone can share the personal/official email address of someone responsible in Mahindra

Two months? What was the problem with the vehicles?

Usually Mahindra are very sensitive to mails sent to their customer care?
Anyways I have sent you a PM of the email ids?

Thanks beejay,

The Bolero was taken for engine rebuild and some suspension works @ 3.2 lakhs KMs. They are trying to source parts for the last two months.

Regards

Re: Need contacts to escalate a Mahindra after sales service complaint

Could someone please send me updated contacts for the Bangalore region?
I am facing issues with my XUV 700 which was delivered only 15 days ago. This would really help.

Thanks

For what? You haven't even briefed what is the story. Is the service center not able to resolve? Usually Mahindra's first level contact itself if quite efficient in addressing the concerns.

Re: Need contacts to escalate a Mahindra after sales service complaint

Hi balenoed_,

Am facing issues with my sunroof. It has only been 15 days after delivery and my sunroof of the car neatly parked in an enclosed basement has cracked open! Please refer attached pics. I know this is very rare but there is absolutely no chance of an external impact. The service head is hellbent on proving that it has happened due to external impact. Am disheartened at the unfortunate situation am in and for my brand new car. Please suggest.

Tough to prove it has had not had an external impact no? Why not get it replaced under insurance?
