Is anyone aware of Form 3435?

Hi,
My car loan emi's were completed this month.
So I went to the bank, paid up small remaining amount.
And got the counter foil for the same.
Then the bank person told me to get a form 3435, fill it up, get stamped from bank, and then submit it at RTO to get the vehicle transferred to my name.

Please advise, as this is the first time I have taken (car) loan.

I suppose those are two different forms (Form 34 and Form 35). You could perhaps find those forms on google. Hope this helps.

I think Djjebs is right, its form 34 & 35 & its the bank who will provide you these forms.

Actually the bank themselves will send these forms to you signed and stamped. All you got to do is go to the RTO and pay the necessary fees to get the hypothecation canceled. This is what ICICI and CITIBANK do.
Here's a link for the forms
