Skoda Laura Manual Launched today

The newspapers carry ads today of the manual version of the laura. If anyone has the onroad prices for the same, it will be great if you could post it..

By the way, the papers also mentioned that the budget could mean a 8% drop in prices in automobiles due to removal of additional excise duty!

it is going to be for cars like alto and 800. and higher segments will pay for that. some or the other tax will be introduced/increased. and all this is only planned. and yes, the firms have already jacked up prices, more or less for this very reason. the duty will be absorbed if we compare today' prices with the prices six months back.

while the left cant bring cleaniness and transparency in government, they assurely approve taxing the urban to help the rural. another matter the help filters out before reaching the right places.

coming bak to the topic, laura manual will be a good buy, considering the claims over the DSG creating problems and being irrepairable. no idea about the pricing of the car.
