This maybe useful for some. This is what I got when I was looking for a car:

VW Jetta:
30,000 Rs Cash Discount
30,000 Rs Exchange Bonus
15,000 Corporate Discount
8,500 Rs Road Tax Benefit
20,000 Rs Discount on Insurance (on the listed price as per price list)

That makes it a whopping 90k. Very limited waiting period.

By "actual" OTR, I meant the price before discount. I believe 6L is after discounts? :)

OTR - 6.28 approx
Discount - 72000(50,000 Exchange Bonus and 22000 Insurance)
Additional discount - 10,000

Can anyone suggest any additional discounts that we can get on punto.

I'm in the market for a verna. Right now I'm being offered a 15000 cash discount + 12500 loyalty discount. This is from the dealer at Kochi. Can I expect anything more? Has anyone got a better deal recently?

The gold coin was an exclusive offer for just 2 days during mid month. I also got a good price for my MAY 2006 Swift Vxi.

I also flatly denied the basic accessories kit and autocard which they deducted from OTR. They provided basic floor mats and mudflaps free when I took delivery.
