I was at the ARAI hill on last Sunday where I saw 5 of these LHD Polo's going up to the ARAI office (Never thought that a government office functions on a Sunday)

I happened to talk to one of the drivers and he did mention that these LHD Polos are for export ONLY. He was not aware which part of the world the cars will be exported to. I forgot to find out if these were TSI Polos.

Whoa... That is really weird. I got the link from their Facebook / Twitter update, read the review where they have sung praises about the engine and gearbox and then shared it.

Now they seem to have deleted it.

The 0-100 timing of 11.34 secs is disappointing to me as I expected it to be around 10 secs. But still its better than the 3 pot engine.

The European version has a 0-100 timing of 9.7 secs. I guess it has to do with our fuel quality. Don't know for sure.

Seems quite average considering the dsg advantage and the torque.

I was expecting something in the range of 9secs 0-100.
And a better suspension, which doesn't bob around

Not really the gtx replacement I was hoping for.
