I am eagerly awaiting for the first drive reviews. Currently making up mind between Figo D and Tigor D.

I am in exact same dilemma, hope Tigor is priced right. Tiago's price has been hiked again and again so I am almost certain that price would be more than what we expect.

Between Figo Diesel & Tigor Diesel, the former is way better if you factor Performance alone. That 4 Cylinder 1.5 TDCI is much refined, powerful & also is very efficient.

The 1.05 Revotorq is good, but it can't hold candle to that 1.5 TDCI. I would pick Figo Diesel for that engine alone.

But, the Tigor just like the Tiago will do good in all areas except the Drivetrains.

Second official teaser, just hours before the media drive.

It will be launched at a competitive price and then the prices will be hiked, isn't that what all manufacturers do? So let's wait till it launches.

Haha not all. Maruti had to slash the prices of S-cross, Ford did it with Ecosport, Endeavour and Fiesta, Honda did it with Jazz to name a few. One would expect these companies to know better but alas. :D

But the first launch prices of Ecosport and Endeavour were great prices. Ecosport's prices were raised by nearly a lakh within a year of its launch and later brought down when Brezza was launched.

As far as Endeavour goes, after the initial great pricing, the department responsible for pricing has started smoking some very great stuff! 😅

Close look at the headlamp section.

I am just praying that even the Petrol model gets the same alloys, it was mentioned that only diesel will be getting it, that would be a huge disappointment. please:

The Tigor looks stunning ... the design is clean and elegant and makes the car very desirable. Good luck to Tata!

Definitely a looker for a compact sedan, will spice up the segment in a good way clap:

Also, good to see a boot open button on the centre console. Very convenient.

Build looks patchy somehow - hard - rough - greyish plastics, some rough edges here and there. And somehow, i now find the Zest more proportionate when looking at the rear 3 quarters. Also, i wish the front was more edgier with squarish lines rather than the curvy & beaky design? The low front lip and high boot lid somehow make the cars look disproportionate from the side. But given how high the boot lid is, does the Tigor promise same / more boot space than Zest?

But boy those rear seats look comfy!! I hope in reality, they do feel like the place to sink in the car.

IMO the rear 3 quarter view makes the Tigor look the best in the CS segment. The boot with its unique opening mechanism looks huge and best in class too.
Just wish it had better door locks in place of the old school ones pull type ones.
