If it was another business head who did this for revenge (regardless of it being true or not) , there can be some degree of belief in it.
Someone as respected, business oriented and humble as Ratan TATA and saying he did something to take revenge is like pigs flying.

I too feel this discussion to be unnecessary. Ratan Tata is a role model of how a businessman should be and he showed how a big business empire can be run effectively and profitably by being humble!

The comment made was never about revenge. What was mentioned that in-spite of Tata being insulted by Ford, it is ironic that Ford got saved by Tata purchasing a loss making unit from them. This shows how the high and mighty often fall.
However our idiotic 'journalists' as usual colored this comment their favorite shade of yellow, to say Tata took the filmi revenge on a white boy Ford and bought over their companies.
On a lighter front, I wonder what does it take to be a journalist/media person/TV anchor man/woman in this country? Has one got be a certified nutcase before being recruited? Or do they turn up like that after working for a few years in the industry? PS: No offense to any fine journalist amongst us, most of you do a sterling job, but a few idiots like Arnab do their bit to spoil the name of your profession.

You echoed my thoughts exactly on this issue, sir. The person would referred to this incident as an instance of Poetic Justice, over which our ever-too-eager journalist, would have spun a tale of revenge. Perhaps his skill can be better-utilised writing fiction.
