I just downloaded this app and its awesome. Maruti owners, kindly provide accurate info and you will be surprised to see the offerings in this app - including a torch light! Its awesome. I think no other car manufacturer in India has got this. Kudos Maruti clap:

Maruti Suzuki Connect:

- Service Appointment- Book your car’s service appointment at any of the Maruti Dealer at the touch of your fingertips.

- Locate a Dealer Workshop- Locate your nearest Dealer on Google Maps from your current location just by entering City/Workshop/Pin Code and also get their address and contact information.

- My Service Records- Track Service history of your vehicle based on your visits to Dealer Workshops.

- Cost on Maintenance- Track the cost of maintenance of your car on yearly basis for Scheduled/ Unscheduled Services and even for Body Repairs.

Maruti Suzuki:

- Contact Information- Get the contact information of Maruti Suzuki Regional Offices for any concern/feedback.

Great Initiative by MSIL. App is easy to use as well as useful. Its showing date, odo readings and cost incurred on each visit to MASS but IMO it should also show the detailed service records and cost of spare parts too.

Awesome app. I even booked a service for next month with vehicle pick up. This is what makes MSIL tick

I am using the Hyundai Care App for more than two months and it's awesome. The best part is you can see your service history and also the indicative prices of the spare parts.

Trident, a Hyundai dealer in Bangalore also have their app at the play store to manage your service history and bookings but this app needs lot of improvement and not as useful as Hyundai Care app.

I just downloaded the app and checked it out. What a fabulous app it is. So useful! Best part is we can see the history of servicing and all. I could find this useful for buying a used car in the future!

Unable to sign in.
On entering my Registration No, it says the vehicle is already registered.
Yet, it does not have my mobile no.

Cant change it and now will have to speak to my dealer to check the records and update it.

Showing service history is useful, but i think this app just shows the date and KMs at which the service was done, but does not give us the details of the things done in the service.

Moreover, i think this will just give you the service history of your own car and will not show the service history of any car on demand.

Nevertheless, an amazing effort by Maruti.

I dont think this app is released for Blackberry yet!! :-( Does anyone know when it would be available?

Blackberry app would not be released:

- Blackberry has several restrictions on data collection by app provider, which is reduced in case of Apple and further goes down for Windows and Android
- The share of blackberry devices among smartphones is reducing in India
- Blackberry owners (don't take it otherwise) are mostly corporates where penetration of Maruti is further low

Awesome app. Downloaded it as soon as I read this post. Has lots of useful information.
As people in the forum already pointed out, It would be great if the app gave detailed service records. I would really like the know when I had previously replaced the break pads/discs, or any other components due to wear and tear.
The locate a nearby dealer through the GPS might come in really handy.

I am using it for sometime and it is indeed very good. However services done in non-dealer MASS are not showing up.

Got it working now and am already in love with the app!!

It took its own sweet time in coming but is pretty comprehensive.
My 3 years of maintenance and body shop work is clearly specified and tabulated and can easily ascertain my expenses for the tenure of the ownership.

Also, the contact details up dation was swift and loved the way it was handled locally!!

For me it says " Kindly contact nearest dealer to update your information " . Havent been able to register yet
