Situated at Luhari, Gurgaon, Haryana, the PDC is built over an area of 9,050 square metres. Nissan claims that the centre will help to reduce the delivery lead times of parts to customers by up to nine days. The reduced lead times are expected to allow Nissan dealerships across the region to plan and optimize space required for parts storage, as well as assisting with the management of working capital.

The facility will create 57 jobs. It features separate office and canteen blocks, a material storage area comprising of heavy duty racking, shelving racks, stillages and trolleys. Forklifts and reach trucks are used for parts handling.

Nissan has also launched a new, multi-depot software system for ensuring smooth parts transfer and order completion under various conditions.
