Vikram Pawah, Honda sales head quits

Vikram Pawah, the Assistant Vice President and Operating head of sales at Honda Car India, is believed to have resigned.

Pawah was with Honda for two decades. He first entered the Honda family as in-charge of corporate planning at Honda Siel Power Products in August 1994. He joined Honda Car India in 2011 as general manager strategic planning. He remained in the position for six months after which, he shifted to sales division. He has also served as General Manager of Honda Australia. He has worked in different capacities in India as well as abroad.

In his current position, he was responsible for the company's pan-India sales, corporate sales, dealer quality, training and product planning.

Pawah is an Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad alumni.

An official statement from Honda on Pawah's departure is awaited.
