Renault India has launched a MY Renault App for customers. It is available on Android and iOS devices and across all Renault cars.



The app has around 60 in-built features, which include access to service history, personalised reminders and notifications, online service appointments, user manuals, access to dealerships & customer care and digital vaults for document storage. Customers can also submit service feedback via the app.



The app is integrated with Renault Connect - the company's dealership management system. This enables customers to securely register on to the app. It also provides a quick link to call Renault Assistance and facility to raise an online request for roadside assistance and to track your authorised service provider. The app has a built-in dealer network locator which provides GPS co-ordinates to the nearest dealer and GPS enabled parking assistance.



Additionally, the app also has an in-built e-commerce facility which allows customers to browse through and purchase various accessories for their cars at offer prices.

Looks like a good initiative.
However, why is every company obsessed with "My" ?
My Airtel, My Vodafone, My Skoda, etc.
The list of things one owns can be easily be judged seeing the MY apps on the phone. :P

One more thing, the car in the image is actually the Honda City ZX.

Thanks for the thread. Downloaded the app however fiery red colour is not listed in the colour options.

Installed the app. Good initiative. Shows the service history and other details of the car.

This is really a good app. Downloaded it - they need to do a proper spell check before releasing it. Here is one example :

Weak is Week.
Also message should have been "Please give a strong password" instead of "Please give the strong password"

Updated My Renault App launched

The My Renault App has been updated with new features. It is now available for existing customers as well as prospective buyers, who will be able to explore Renault's entire product portfolio, which includes the Duster, Kwid, Lodgy and Captur.



Customers also get access to the e-commerce feature. It enables online purchase of Renault accessories and merchandise. Renault also offers a home delivery option on select items in some markets.

The updated app also features a new Refer-A-Renault feature. Using this features, customers can refer friends and relatives to buy a Renault car. Besides this, the registration and login process for the app has been simplified. The app also integrates Renault Finance and a service cost estimator among other features.

The new My Renault App is available on Android and iOS platforms.
