The electrochromic IRVM is already part of the package...is it that it'd be available in lower trim models too?

Not just these, new additions are front parking sensors on the SX(O) variant, sunroof, push start, ESC, VSM, auto cruise control and smart trunk on all models apart from the base S variant and hill hold assist across all variants.

With all of these new features, Elantra provides a good VFM. Well done Hyundai.

I guess this was due. Else the next gen Verna would have more features than its more expensive sibling. And they have added some more to position it higher.
