re: Volkswagen India extends flood relief service support to affected customers in various states

Explains why my dad recieved a call day before yesterday from the service centre.

My car isn't badly affected by the rains but wading through water which was a lot more than knee deep has lead to water accumulation inside the fog lamps and the horn surely seems to have lost the sharpness it had before.

Will surely be getting both issues addressed and just hope they replace the horn completely. The fog lamps will be fine after removing the bulbs and drying them out. The clutch of my car also made a thump sound the morning after I waded through water. Seems that the clutch plate was stuck to the flywheel. Fortunately, one push of the pedal while cranking the car got it freed otherwise god knows what could have happened.
