Premier Automobiles -- Is it still alive??

Premier Automobiles a.k.a PAL a.k.a makers of Premier Padmini (Fiat 1100) had revived recently with the "launch" of an Omni-like van called Sigma. But after that I have not heard anything about it. I have not seen a single Sigma on the road not even a test mule. Where has this company disappeared??

Premier is very much alive. I have seen several Premier Sigmas, both test mules and otherwise, as also the Sigma light truck. Looks better than the ACE.

Premier is still alive - not Automobiles. They've evolved into Premier Automation - which manufacture machining centers. They're in Pune on the road to Chakan from Pune. On the left side.

I guess Premier Automation might be a different company altogether considering Premier Automobiles still exists....

PAL is supposed to have relocated to Pune after selling of their massive property holdings in Mumbai.

The Sigma now also has a load carrying version like the ACE. But do they have any dealership network anymore? They are using HM engines like Sonalika.

I have seen the advertisements for the Sigma in a daily here, so they must be having dealers, though outside metro areas.

Can anyone give me the website of the company...? I saw one Roadster yesterday and feel that the Ace certainly looks good. However I can safely say that Sigma Van Looks better than the soon to be launched Ace van.

The Sigma Family looks almost like a Maruti Versa. Do we have any road tests of these vehicles as yet ?
