Does the DiCOR VX has problem with its ABS?

Hi people!

Actually even though my VX has arrived with the dealership, I did not take delivery of it yet as I am not keeping well and need to get an operation done. So I have informed the dealership that I will take delivery by the end of the month. In the meanwhile, while I rest, I constantly keep hounding the forums and also keep an eye on all reviews related to the DiCOR here or any where else. Today I came across this!

Review on Tata Safari DiCOR by shaheen_ak28 - MouthShut.com

....and I quote from there:

'1.Do not go for VX as ABS in safari is making a hell of
problems...actually its bit risky when u go at higher speeds..had words
with a lot of vx customers and all had this problem...its bit slow in
responding and some had faced accidents becoz of this. '

So guys (suman, steer) please tell me this is rubbish....... I am scared now

Anyways, this will not drive me away from the DiCOR but I just want to be realistic, does the ABS pose any risk at high speeds?

Hi
These concerns were also raised in another thread
New Safari Dicor - 2.2 ltr, 142 BHP, 320 Nm , may be you should browse through the above thread and if required raise it in that thread itself as opposed to a new thread if you feel so.

Hey buddy,
Was your concern addressed or are we still saying that ABS on DICOR has an issue?

pogu the ABS issues I mentioned here was probably due to owner's mistakes. Someone has mentioned in the other thread that the problem is probably due to the owners 'pumping' the breaks. In this case the ABS will not function as it should.
