Mahindra Alyte, a cab aggregator for corporates

M&M will expand the e-vehicle taxi fleet, consolidate mobility businesses.
Quote:
Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra plans to launch a cab aggregator for corporates called Alyte, expand its fleet of electric vehicles for taxi services, and bring all mobility businesses under one business vertical, in what will be a significant push by the company into the cab aggregator and shared mobility services segment.

"We are introducing a nationwide brand around our mobility service called Alyte from this quarter," Mahindra Logistics CEO Rampraveen Swaminathan told ET in an interview.

Alyte, which is under Mahindra Logistics, Meru Cabs in which the Mahindra group owns 55%, the conglomerate's e-vehicle cab service Glyd, and First Choice, its used car business, will be housed under the new vertical called mobility services.
