Raising mileage limits of Extended Warranty, Ford has silently introduced new Extended Warranty packages offering coverage of upto 1,50,000 Kms on most of their product range including the Endeavour. As an owner with already high mileage and certain to have crossed the earlier 1,00,000 Kms limit with-in the time period, it certainly comes as a blessing taking the fuss free ownership even further.

Thanks for sharing. Browsing through the links, I couldn't find any option to do the payment. Do you happen to know if the payment etc needs to be done at an authorized Ford dealership only, or if there is a separate online payment link? I have a 2016 Endeavor 3.2 Titanium whose 3 year warranty expired.

Atleast from the pics I could make out that it needs to done before the EW expires.

But good to check with dealership folks.

Ford had similar packages earlier also. My Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCI had a total of four years warranty (2 + 2 years)/150000 kms (whichever came earlier). Ford had given me 3rd year extended warranty free, and fourth year's for Rs. 8000/-. This was in 2011.
It is good that Ford is now giving fifth and sixth year warranty too.

At the time of purchase, I went for the extended warranty package up to 4 years / 100,000 km for my Ecosport.

I checked out this link now but I am unable to find the option of extending the warranty from 4 years / 100,000 km to 5 years / 150,000 km. I hope this is a bug/typo, as I'm definitely interested in extending the warranty further to 150K.

The ATW (Anytime Warranty - https://www.india.ford.com/owner/anytime-warranty/) seems to cover my situation. I haven't had a chance to check with my local dealership yet.

I bought this for my Aspire for Rs.13,100/- on completion of 5 years on 31-10-2020. The ODO reading at the time was 40,500.

I had bought 5 years warranty during my car purchase by paying ~20,000. Was really worth it. 1 set of 4 tyres, 3 pairs of headlights, the horns, probably some other things I don't remember and the steering column on the last day of my 5th year Warranty.

I really appreciate Ford's service support for their honesty and pricing, plus they do not crib for genuine claims.

With FORD assuring current owners of continued support + honoring of any existing warranty plans (including extended and anytime warranty), its a good idea for all FORD vehicle owners in India to stay covered for at least 6 years they sell their warranty for.

HI All,

I own a ford endeavour 2017 model I bought this used at 2020 sep and it already had warranty for 5 years so was covered until 2022 then I extended it for about 55k for 6th year and now I'm thinking if its worth extending another time?

Car has run about 83k kms now and warranty will cover only upto 1L for 56k or 70k for 1.5L coverage.

Is it worth it to extend the warranty? Its unlikely i might use the car for over 15k kms / year max.

So far only thing I ve used the warranty is for some minor sunroof issues/sync system issues which they just fixed , and one time for an Airconditioning issue which would have costed me 20k but other wise the car has no other issues.

So please help me decide if i should extend the warranty or let it go?

If its the wrong category /mods please help move it to the right one
