Can anybody confirm it cos i cant believe it

i have paid 900Rs speeding fine 3 times in last 2 months already

it can be the case of one time error in challan as well.

please confirm

A two judge bench of the Delhi HC set aside the single judge order banning all tints subject to a few conditions. The main being:

The front and the back windscreens should have a visibility of 70% and the side windows 50%.

These fines have gone back to old rates courtesy a PIL. So, its back to 100 for red light, 400 for speeding from 600,1100 respectively.

A colleague had got a speeding challan by mail. He went to rohini where touts offered to get it done for him in 600. suspicious, he waited in queue. the judge told him at his turn that the fines have reduced, courtesy hon'ble Delhi HC. Funnily, some of us would be paying the inflated rates on the roads even today.

Thats a brilliant news indeed . what about the dark tints (more than 50%) ? previously the challan was for Rs. 100 but later it was 100+500 , so is it now reduced to Rs. 100 ?

Please confirm on the reduced challan amounts someone.. Has it became the same 100 without any extra charges for simple offenses.? Still cant belive it...
