Toyota Fortuner TRD discontinued in India, suggests that the launch of the upcoming facelifted Fortuner might also be just around the corner.

We’ll never miss

atleast I won’t. That effort of adding kits and calling it as a TRD version without any power bump (followed by most of automakers) is a lame attempt by Toyota!

Toyota TRDs version never has power bump compared to normal versions till now. Instead, TRD version get additional suspension tuning, reinforcements, upgraded tires for better handling in case of sedans or have goodies like diff-lock, CRAWL control, upgraded tires, under body protection etc in case of SUVs that are not available in normal versions.

Eg:- 4Runner, Tacoma, Tundra, Rav4, Avalon, Camry.

I really don’t know what is additional in Fortuner TRD compared to normal version.
