I have been trying to update mobile on the RTO portal. The portal has a rule that at least 75% details (details of owner as per RTO database & Aadhar database) should match. In my case however, only 36% are matching. I don't know why. The portal now suggests me to update mobile by visiting the RTO.
Now have I got to write the application on a plain paper or is there any designated form for it? And who does the updation? The folk sitting outside the office in their Omnis etc., or the officers themselves?
