Hyundai to launch Tucson.

Tucson looks good.. shud make a good market in India... even the Sante` Fe is good.. it i think made some good progress in the United States!

this is the only hyundai which i actually like .

Hyundai was actually supposed to launch the Santa Fe first. But i guess it wud have been expensive. So they decided to launch the Tucson.

looks like a cross of the rav 4 and the crv. hyundai still havent given up the idea of copying others!!!

Why do they need this? They already have the Trash can... er... Terracan.

The need the Tucson to compete with the CRV. The Terracan does not compete with the CRV. It costs around 19-22 lakhs. Lookin at the sales of the CRV [15 lakhs], Hyundai wud never want to stay away from that segment. So the Tucson.

hmmm....doesnt the "trash can" sell more than it's competition?
ie the old pajero and others?
overall it's an good vehicle guys,my neighbour has one and i have ridden in it,
would rate it 8/10...

Well guys , i had just spoke to one of the senior executives of Hyundai india ,head off (new delhi) and i was given a conform date that Tucson is going to be launched within 20 days from now , i.e. on 29th march 2005 (confirmed)
