To be honest, I think the color choice NEXA went for the leather looks much better than the Hycross's.

Ah here comes the next plastic car from Maruti.

Is supra up next? etc. I saw these on Facebook and Instagram. But then since their opinions doesn't matter to the actual buyers who are interested in the segment, I think it won't be a problem for both the parties i.e. Maruti Suzuki and their customers. To get the car sooner, I have made 3 bookings so far with different dealerships and cancelled all 4 I made for the Hycross since I want the car sooner and I doesn't really care about what brand it comes from even though my family is very loyal to the brand Toyota.

Man I can’t believe they put the better looking black leather in the Maruti variant. I had to settle with the compulsory brown in the hycross :(

Looks more like a dark shade of navy blue rather than fully black. Still nicer

India is not ready for ADAS, so deleting a gimmicky feature wrt roads here for reduced pricing (hopefully) is good. Of course in all probability it may still cost the same as the Toyota variant.

Based on few Level 2 ADAS vehicles that I have driven, I beg to differ with you. Yes, in cities/ crowded areas ADAS is annoyance and keeps on buzzing every indicator and alarm. Yet, while driving big ships like Gloster in busy areas, blind-view warning comes in handy.

Once on highway, it's true prowess comes to fore. The combination of adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist makes driving much comfortable and safer. With the type of expressways/ highways under construction, ADAS is going to be boon for mile munchers.

Yes agreed, once those expressways and highway standards become the norm, it would help. Plus like you said not much use currently for cities or highways where there is zero lane discipline. My point being, they can replace ADAS (for the current indian scenario) and give us more safety features or creature comforts for the same cost.

This has to be a lower variant. There is no sunroof and the tire sidewall is not too thin, meaning the alloys are 17 inch and not 18 like the top end HyCross.
