Just received this from a dealer I know in Hyderabad. Looks like the larger screen in the higher variants continues with the Wired Apple Carplay/Android Auto configuration. Killer spec otherwise, props to Kia!

I am guessing, each variant of the new facelift seltos will be priced atleast Rs 50,000 to 60,000 higher than the variants of the outgoing seltos (2019-23). Addition of sunroof, more powerful engines, fully digital cockpit, safety features etc. should definitely increase its price tag, even for the lower variants like the HTK and HTK+.

For a buyer like me who is looking for a fully automatic SUV or even an iMT for city commute within Rs 16 lakhs (on road), I think I will have to scratch out the new seltos from the list of probables.

Lets see how they price it. Read on twitter that the prices are going to be revealed next month (August).

I think you read the table wrong. Only the features with grey background are additional in the X-Line. Adas is available in GTX+

Got to give it to Kia, whenever they launch a product, they come all guns blazing. They gave both manual and automatic transmission options for all the three engine options, that too IVT for NA petrol, DCT for turbo petrol, and TC for diesel, who else does that. They are covering all the bases except the structural safety, but sadly they are adamant about it, they clearly want to omit that for Indian market.

Any news if they improved structural stability? Imagine this was a 5-star rated car, it would be so close to perfect, it would make hardly any sense to pay 2X for luxury cars (x1, q3, GLA), etc. One can only hope :(

Looks like Hyundai-Kia is on its way to be the first manufacturer to provide 6 airbags / ESP as standard across models. First Carens, now Seltos. I understand the Tucson,Alcazar, Creta and Verna too have it as standard. Apart from of course, Ioniq 5, Kona, EV6.

wow, thanks for sharing this. It is exactly what I needed.

It's sad that HUD is only available in the X-Line. At present also is it only available in the X - Line

HTX+ Seems like the most value for money if ADAS is not needed.

I still haven't come across a feature set brochure that's as confusing as this. They could have made it more intuitive. HUD seems to have been removed from the GT line and made exclusive to the X line.
Also,disappointed to see the red stitching go from the GT line leather trims and replaced by basic white. It looked amazing. But, this is the most complete product I can imagine less than 25 lakhs. I wish they've improved on the structural aspect and on the delivery schedules. What a tempting product from KIA!!!

Fantastic product from Kia. Expect the top variant to cost around 23-25lakhs on the road. This will undoubtedly sell like hotcakes and eat the market for Alcazar, Creta, Grand Vitara, Hyryder, Kushaq, Tiguan, and maybe Hector too. Kia should have talked about safety during the product launch, but they skipped that part. I hope this product gets a better safety rating compared to the previous version.

The upcoming Creta facelift will have similar features and might add a powered tailgate or memory seats as a differentiating factor with sibling seltos.
