Placement/fittment of number plate of Wagon-R

Hi all,

Can anybody please tell me why the number plate of Wagon-R is places on the right side of the front bumper (on driver's side) not in the middle of the bumper as its for all other cars. what is the reason behind it.

I'm confused from long but couldn't get any valid answer rather i haven't asked anybody

.

PS: Mods if you note i posted in the wrong section kindly move this post to the proper one.
