I think they should launch at least the automatic version in this new avatar.

They have mentioned that a facelift is coming up next year. Remains to be seen if it will still retain the custom 'third world' pack.

Previously we could justify the low sales due to the poorly specced models.
Now when we see it - C3 is one of the best value form money product in its segment.
1.2 turbo charged petrol engine with proper 6 speed torque converter gear box with all the basic features covered.
Along with that you get the excellent ride quality with very good handling.

These are the usp of C3 - clearly one cant find / know this from spec sheet - you need to test drive one to feel the same.
So first Citroen needs to improve marketing and make people consider / test drive their vehicles and make them understand what they offer now.

Considering the recent dwindling sales numbers can we assume that Citroen is on their way out from Indian market..??..

I think it may happen for sure. But one can't really say when it's gonna happen.

With the kind of volume Citroen is doing, it's nearly impossible to survive in the Indian market.

Their biggest problem is dwindling or non existent sales network. I have been interacting with the latest dealership in Mumbai and they have been nothing short of excellent. I test drove the Basalt and C3; Basalt is clearly a good car. For that matter, both C3, Aircross and Basalt drive really well. However, they miss out on a lot of feel good factors. I last use a keyfob in 2020; we are now in 2025 and who doesnt use a start stop now? I can live without a sunroof, but give me cooled seats, give me better interiors and give me cruise control + 360 cam.
