Caught a Volkswagen Passat in Pune. It appeared to be a test car with a 2.0 TDi engine.

hmmm, the car has red plates. The one i spotted in bangy had normal white ones.

yes moral.. i had seen Volvo XC90 on same road.

even Chevrolet Captiva which i spotted had Normal white GJ registered plates..

Maybe they are homologating the petrol version or something like that.
